BEYOND THE MAT COACHING

BUILT ON THE HIVE METHOD

AT B-HIVE YOGA WE BELIEVE MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE. REAL TRANSFORMATION HAPPENS WHEN STRENGTH, MOVEMENT, MINDSET, AND NUTRITION WORK TOGETHER — NOT IN ISOLATION.

A hive only works when every part does its job together — the queen, the workers, the drones all depend on each other. Take one piece away, and the whole colony struggles.

That's the Hive Method: strength, movement, mindset, and nutrition, working together, not on their own. Beyond the Mat Coaching is coaching for your whole life, not just pieces of it — because it ALL matters.

WHAT IT IS

Beyond the Mat Coaching is B-Hive Yoga's personalized coaching program. It pairs an individualized plan — movement, mindfulness, and nutrition — with real, ongoing accountability. It's not an app or a generic template. It's coaching and accountability built for you.

WHO IT’S FOR

  • Real people looking for sustainable, everyday results.

  • Current B-Hive members who want more structure and accountability alongside their classes.

  • Non-members, including ClassPass users, who want a complete coaching relationship without a studio membership.

  • Anyone who wants one plan that covers their whole life — not just a workout plan.

THE HIVE METHOD: 3 PILLARS

Every plan is built around three pillars that work together:

MOVE — Strength, Yoga & Pilates, Daily Steps

Personalized training, movement, and step goals designed around your body and goals.

BREATHE — Mindset

Build mental strength with meditation, mindfulness, and journaling to stay focused and grounded.

FUEL — Nutrition

A custom macro plan with guidance to help you eat with confidence and reach your goals.

ABOUT THE COACH

Barbi has spent over three decades in the fitness world. Mountain biking, triathlons, marathons (including qualifying for and running Boston), 20+ years of yoga — including a 500-hour teacher training and Pilates certification — and the last ten spent building and refining strength and nutrition plans. That's real experience, not theory, and it's exactly what goes into your plan.
