When I started my yoga practice 15 years ago I could barely do a child’s pose. I was feeling out of alignment in my body and had always enjoyed working out, but something was missing internally.
I moved to Thailand and was practicing all forms of yoga. When I moved back to the U.S. I completed my yoga certification and started teaching. That it was 11 years ago!
Through all my teaching, practicing many different styles of yoga, and my trainings, I came back to the simplicity that yoga is breath, a meditation with movement.
Yoga embodies the expression of your authentic self, your soul, through the foundation of yoga poses. In a world where we seek approval or validation externally, yoga has assisted me to cultivate a personal awareness of self. It is a practice of internal awareness towards our “life force”- our breath.
Yoga is the expression of your soul through embodiment. It introduced me to an authentic version of myself that was cultivated from within. It sparked my desire to share a community space and yoga practice where anyone can find that internal peace, authenticity, and trust that was within them all along.
I want to instill in my students the understanding that the practice of yoga and it’s principles will give you the tools to move gracefully through life’s challenges. It will give you the freedom of expression, the internal validation, and the peace we all seek.

Hi there, my name is Hector. I am originally from Massachusetts and Puerto Rico. I began my yoga practice about 10 years ago when I was traveling in a sales role. My life was always on the go and I was struggling with finding presence in my day to day. Originally my practice was a workout, a way for me to sweat, push myself to ways that I have never tried before. A few years into my practice I started leaning more into Pranayama (breath). I worked on using this tool to support my practice on and off my mat. Later discovering that this would support me to run races, from marathons to ultra marathons. Would I consider myself a yogi? No, I do not take on this identity, nor do I take on the identity of being a runner. I practice running as I practice yoga and everyday looks a little differently. My belief is that a regular practice of anything makes you a little better than you were before which resonates in many parts of my life. I went into Yoga Teacher Training as a way to better understand my practice and the direction I wanted to head in. To learn the roots of this practice and to pay homage to tradition.
As I began to learn more about the different styles of Asana (poses), understand the different limbs of yoga and possibilities for taking this learning off my mat into my day to day is when I felt the desire to share this with others. To inspire people to get out of their heads and into their bodies. To remind people that each day you show up for yourself is your way of showing up for others. Do I have a favorite type of yoga? No, I feel like they all have a time and a place. Sometimes my body craves discipline, sometimes it craves flow and sometimes it craves stillness. My biggest take away from a regular practice is accepting that it is not how your practice looks but rather how it feels and allowing yourself to feel in a world where feeling is suppressed to do, where we’re told to do more, be more, etc. Thank you for listening. I hope to see you on your mat for your yoga journey.

Hi there! My name is Mikey I’m passionate about guiding others to embrace and love being “perfectly imperfect.” I’ve completed both my 200 RYT and 300 RYT which has shaped my approach to teaching as a journey of self-acceptance and growth.
Outside of yoga, I have a few fun facts to share! I’m a devoted football fan, especially when the Raiders are playing. I also love to crochet, relax with my five dogs and two cats (I once had seven dogs!), and treat myself to a number 7 at McDonald’s with a Diet Coke. Life is all about balance and enjoying every little bit of it!

I practice yoga as a way to come home to myself. A dedication to mindful breathwork and asana has been my tether to find peace amid the chaos of life. I love creating spaces and experiences for others to explore through breath and moving meditation. When im not in the studio I enjoy snowboarding, live music, dancing, and creating in any way I can.

As a student first and a teacher second my yoga mat is my safe place. In high school I was suddenly left with a life altering sports injury leading me to develop mental, physical and emotional health issues. My school offered me a yoga class at the time and it saved my life. 10+ years later it has been my constant ever since. My goal is to create an inclusive safe space for people of all backgrounds to come and find the healing they need in all aspects of life. Creating a whole mind, body experience using my knowledge of sound healing, meditation, breath work and yoga philosophy. Outside of yoga I am a devoted boy and cat mom, astrology lover and book worm.

Finding yoga over 17 years ago changed my life in ways I never expected. What began as a simple practice became my anchor—helping me avoid surgeries, enduring and recovering from difficult pregnancies, and finding strength during life's hardest moments. Most importantly, it transformed how I see myself and others.
I come to my mat for the incredible benefits and because it's my playground—a place to explore, breathe, create, and escape. I teach to help others find their edge with the opportunity to extend it, discovering just how capable they truly are!
Outside of the studio, my passions include exploring new corners of the world with my best friend/husband and four kids, chasing thrills on roller coasters, and paddle boarding under the warm sun! Fave quote: Die with memories, not dreams!

I was born and raised in Denver, CO and moved to Salt Lake City, UT 3 years ago. I went to my first yoga class when I was 16 and instantly fell in love. Yoga has been the one thing I consistently come back to and I love being able to create a safe space in the studio for people to show up as they are and take what they need from practice.

I am a passionate yoga practitioner with over twenty years of experience and a decade of teaching under her belt. My journey through yoga has not only enhanced my strength and flexibility but has also instilled a sense of fearlessness that transcends the mat. Inspired by the transformative power of yoga, I embraces each moment with mindfulness and intention.
At my core, I remains a devoted student of the practice. I am is profoundly grateful for the wisdom imparted by my teachers throughout my journey and aspires to share that same transformative experience with my students.
In my classes, I blends creative sequencing with a spirit of playfulness, infusing each session with inspiration to help students deepen their practice. My mission is to nurture the body, mind, and soul through yoga, empowering others to flourish in life. After class I hope you to step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and beautifully balanced.

My favorite way to start the day is with a yoga pose! As a teacher I believe the most important thing I can be is a student. I take my practice with me every where I go even if I can’t always take my mat and I have studied yoga since childhood . As an example the first show and tell I can remember I brought a children’s yoga book to kindergarten.
I teach from my experiences. Each class is a story and I hope you find something to build on.

Yoga didn’t just change my life—it helped me find myself. I began practicing at 18, during a time when I felt lost and disconnected. Yoga became my safe haven, an hour each day where I could breathe, move, and come back home to myself.
Over time, that refuge transformed into a canvas for play, curiosity, and authentic expression. What started as healing evolved into a practice of freedom—one that showed me how to move with more lightness, presence, and ease both on and off the mat.
My teaching style blends intuitive flow, embodied movement, and playful exploration. I believe every time you step onto your mat, you’re invited to break patterns, trust your intuition, and express yourself fully.

I LOVE to get people to feel safe in THEIR bodies, to return to the breath, return to senses, remember, and come home. There’s nothing like feeling safe in your body and that’s why I love yoga so much. It gives that space of freedom, oneness, self awareness, and love to the body, mind, and soul.
I’m so blessed to share movement, play, dance, strength, and softness in such a beautiful way.
